Voicemail about a case number I never heard of
She wanted to know if I'd be available to accept and sign for legal documents. Then she told me to call the conducting legal office at 866-504-2803 with my statement. She ended it with "you have been notified."
I don't know anything about this case or this company. I never got anything in the mail about it either. Just this call out of nowhere.
Voicemail about legal documents using my maiden name
What got me is she used my maiden name. I have not used that name in years and it is not connected to anything current. The number she called from was (828) 269-3084 and she said she was in NC. I did not call back.
Phone call saying I was named in a legal matter
He said he was from Civil Service Solutions and was calling to verify if I'd be available to accept and sign for legal documents related to a legal matter I've been named in. Then he told me to contact the conducting legal office with my statement at 877-321-9046. The number that called me was (361) 201-9645.
I never asked for any of this and I don't know anything about a case. It just felt like a phishing call trying to get me to call back and give out my information.

He said to call the conducting legal office at 855-512-1030 to get details or update the case status. The whole thing sounded off. I don't have any property investigation going on that I know of. No company name besides Civil Service Solutions and no real details about who they are. Just a phone number and a case number.
