Pants labeled XL but fit too snug and shrank after washing
I contacted customer service and they gave me a store credit for $64.99. I used it to order a sweater but got a really bad quality shirt instead. Not the same item at all. 3 of the buttons wouldn't even go through the buttonholes.
I contacted them again and they said to keep the item and they'd refund me 20%. I said no so they offered 30% then 40%. Or I could return it for a refund. But I read other people's experiences with this company and some had to pay return postage to China. So I decided to write to you instead. I don't know what else to do.
