Damaged goods and a refund address that is a scam

Bought something from Clarendale.com and what showed up was damaged. They say they offer refunds but when you email them, which is the only way to contact them, they fight you tooth and nail. First they try to give you store credit and stuff like that.

After about 20 emails back and forth they finally said they would refund me. But then they told me to send the package back to an address that is a total scam. I'm not sending anything there. Lost $69.99 on this. Just don't buy anything from them, nothing at all.
