Projector deal that was too good to be true

This guy called me saying he worked for a company that installs high end projectors. He said he had an extra one because the shipping company messed up his order. The website looked legit, clariaprojectors.com, and it made it seem like this projector was top of the line and super expensive.

I sent him $400 for it. When it showed up, it was just a regular 1080p projector. Nothing special at all. The website made it look like some premium thing but it was clearly not. I should have known better.

The phone number he used was (725) 208-3482 and the address they had listed was in Las Vegas, NV. He just reeled me in and I fell for it. It was too good to be true and I got scammed out of my money.
