Jacket from Facebook ad was nothing like the photo
They went through three or four different scenarios trying to get me to keep the item and settle for a store credit or a small dollar amount. When I said I wanted to return it and get a full refund they finally said I could return it at my own expense, but I'm reading now that I would have to return it to China.
I'm usually more careful with purchases, especially with Facebook, but I read "Clarke Family USA" and fell for their story. I guess I'll lose no matter what I do now, but if I can save someone else from going through this, it'll be worth it.
