Fake invoice for light bulbs we never ordered

We got an invoice for light bulbs for $500. Our AP team ended up setting them up as a vendor and paid it, because we were doing a remodel at the apartment community at the time and thought it was tied to that. We'd set up a few new vendors around then so it slipped through.

When I looked at the new vendor I knew right away we'd never heard of them or ordered anything from Florida. I googled them and found on your site that they were a scam company. But they keep sending us more invoices, sent to the property manager, and they keep trying to collect payment.

I tried calling them but nobody answers. I emailed too and told them to stop sending us invoices for stuff we never wanted or approved. No idea how they got our employees' names and addresses either.

Invoice for light bulbs our school never ordered

I work for a public school and last week we got a box of fluorescent light bulbs delivered. Nobody here ordered them. We all just looked at each other like, what is this?

Then today, about a week later, an invoice shows up in the mail for those same bulbs. It's from CLC Bulbs, their website is clcbulbs.com, and the address on it is a PO Box in Tampa, FL. The phone number on the invoice is (866) 935-0192. We didn't order anything from them, so I'm not sure why they think we owe them money. We just have this random box of bulbs sitting in the supply closet now.
