Enrolled in a program but did not get the services quoted

I signed up with ClearOne Advantage for a program and they didn't give me everything they originally quoted me. When I tried to cancel and get my refund, they are refusing unless I call them again. I already called and also submitted it in writing.

I paid $4,500 for this. I just want to cancel and get my money back but they keep giving me the runaround. Their email is [email protected].

I've done what they asked and they still won't process it. It's frustrating because I keep having to repeat myself.
