Voicemail about timeshare exit and refunds

I got a voicemail on 8/25/2026 from someone named Ashley. She said she was calling from Clearpath Consulting Agency on behalf of Serenity One. Something about my timeshare property and that my consumer rights were violated due to misrepresentation from the resort.

She said it was urgent and they could help with the media exit of my timeshare and get most of my money back. The number was (407) 863-7236. I didn't answer because I don't answer numbers I don't know. I just listened to the message. It felt like a phishing thing, honestly. They wanted me to call back but I'm not going to. I don't even know what timeshare they're talking about.
