Asked for more ID after I already sent everything
After all that, they still won't refund our $12.99. I already called my bank and they cancelled our cards because of this. Now they want me to write today's date on a piece of paper, take a picture, and send that too. Nothing has changed. I am still me.
They keep prolonging this. It's a scam and other people have wrote bad reviews about this company too. They have an address in Denver, CO 80204 and their email is [email protected].
