Hired for a job but no laptop ever showed up

I had two interviews for a Payroll Clerk Position with this company. They told me I was hired and that they would send me a company laptop and printer. I went through a week of training and still nothing showed up.

When I asked about it they said they needed to synchronize it with the company software and it was on a wait list. That was two weeks ago. Now the person who was supposed to be my manager, Marilyn McGhee, is not answering emails or phone calls or texts. I don't know what to do.
