Polo shirts from Clorenas came from China and look nothing like the ad

I bought 3 polo shirts from a company called Clorenas after seeing them advertised on Facebook. They took almost 2 and a half weeks to show up and when they finally came in the mail they were shipped from China. The material is terrible and the quality is really poor. They don't fit and they don't look anything like what the website showed.

I emailed support right away to start a return because they have a 30 day money back guarantee. They made me send a picture of the shirts, my order number, and the sizes. That was it. I never heard anything back.

I've been emailing them every single day since and I get nothing. No reply at all. I spent $52.89 on this.
