Ordered from clothzz.com in August and still no refund

I ordered from clothzz.com and never got the product. I emailed them multiple times asking for a refund since I don't want it anymore and I never received it. They keep replying with something like "Your cancellation and refund request requires review by our support team. I've noted the request for manual follow-up, and the team will verify whether cancellation is still possible and advise on the available resolution."

This has been going on since August. I paid $77.94 and I just want my money back at this point. Their phone number is (929) 704-7027 and email is [email protected] but nothing ever gets resolved.
