Ad for a couch that never came and no reply to email

I saw this ad online for a cloud boneless couch and it was only 30 dollars. Seemed too good but I figured why not try it. I paid the 30 bucks and then nothing ever showed up.

After a while I emailed them asking where it was. They kept giving me these ridiculous reasons why the package hasn't came. Like every time I asked it was a different excuse. Then I sent another email and got no response at all. Still no couch and no money back.
