Website took my money and never canceled my order

I went on Cloudscannabisdelivery.com and chatted with someone on the site. That led to me placing an order and paying $200. Hours later they told me the delivery would come in half an hour. Then they said I had to pay $50 more to get it.

I told them to cancel the purchase but it was never canceled. I tried reaching out through their phone number (206) 702-7563 and email [email protected] but nothing got resolved. The address listed is in Bloomington, MN. Still waiting on my money back.

Paid for order then asked for more money for delivery

I placed an order on what I thought was the cloudsmn website. It looked right but I guess they spoofed it. Right after I ordered, I got an email telling me to send payment for the product. So I paid the 210 dollars.

Then they came back saying I needed to pay another 100 for delivery. They said I would get my money back if I was unhappy. I told them no and asked for my money back. They just said to be patient. That was around 8/27/2026. I have emailed them every day since and nobody responds.

Don't be fooled. This is not the real cloudsmn. I have used them for years and they were always great. This site is a scam.
