Ordered two fans from Clovvy and never got them
I paid $60 for them. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
Ordered a coloring book and never got it
The tracking just kept saying delivery was attempted but they couldn't complete it. That didn't make sense to me. Then I emailed them and got a reply saying my issue was escalated to management on 8/**/26. After that, nothing. Now when I try to look up the tracking number it's just gone. Not available anymore. So I'm out the money and have no book. I contacted them through the email [email protected].
Ordered something and never got it, no refund either
I asked for my money back and they said they are waiting to hear from the part of the company that does refunds. Still nothing. I told them I was going to get in touch with the BBB, and now they say they're looking into getting me my money back. But it's been 3 days and I haven't heard anything.
