Ordered color by number book, package stuck in Charleston

I ordered a color by number book and markers from Clovvy, their website is shopclovvy.com. On my bank statement the charge shows up as VSA PUR SHOPFURRIVO5706348264 TUCSON AZ, date 7/17/2026. It was 19.64 dollars.

When I message them about it they kinda answer back, just saying IM SORRY FOR THE DELAY. Then they send me a tracking link and it shows the package has been sitting in Charleston WV for over 2 weeks now. I told them I wanted my money back but no answer yet.
