Ordered July 4th and still no package from Clovvy

I ordered something from Clovvy.com on July 4th and I still don't have it. They keep saying they shipped it and the tracking just constantly updates with excuses. First it said delivery attempted, then incorrect address, then they moved it to a closer depot because of that, and now it says vehicle breakdown. It's just one thing after another.

I've asked them for a refund multiple times and they won't give it to me. They just say my item is still active in their system for delivery so they can't process a refund. I've emailed [email protected] and nothing. They're based in Las Vegas, NV but that doesn't really help me. I'm out $30.14 and have nothing to show for it.
