Order 13299 never showed up and now no one answers

I ordered from Clovvy.com and got a confirmation on August 16th. I sent a message asking about my order 13299. On August 22nd I asked again and got a message saying it was being held in sorting.

Then on August 31st they told me they understood why I was frustrated and said they would reship my order. They said I would get a tracking number. I sent at least 6 more emails after that asking about my order and now I get no response at all.

I lost $29.99 on this. The phone number I have is (215) 535-2971 and the email is [email protected].

Ordered coloring books from Clovvy and never got them

I ordered coloring books from Clovvy.com on 8/8/26 and I still have not received them. It is now 10/7/26. That is way too long to wait for something like this.

Every time I check they keep saying the package was misrouted, or the truck broke down, or it couldn't be delivered. It is always some new excuse. I paid $34.99 for this order and I have nothing to show for it.

I just want my coloring books or my money back.

Tracking link said delivery failed but I was home

I've been in contact with someone I assume from this company since about August 4th. They sent me a tracking link which I guess was helpful. Yesterday August 30th it said it couldn't deliver even though I was home all day. I should have checked into them better.

Apparently the company's a scam so they have responded to every one of my emails. I don't know how to send those to you. I lost $35.00 on this online purchase. Their site is www.clovvy.com and they list an address in Tuson, AZ.

Ordered July 4th and still no package from Clovvy

I ordered something from Clovvy.com on July 4th and I still don't have it. They keep saying they shipped it and the tracking just constantly updates with excuses. First it said delivery attempted, then incorrect address, then they moved it to a closer depot because of that, and now it says vehicle breakdown. It's just one thing after another.

I've asked them for a refund multiple times and they won't give it to me. They just say my item is still active in their system for delivery so they can't process a refund. I've emailed [email protected] and nothing. They're based in Las Vegas, NV but that doesn't really help me. I'm out $30.14 and have nothing to show for it.
