Order confirmation email but no response and now card charges

I tried ordering a product from this website coachship.reshwart.shop. I got an email like the order was made and processed. So I emailed them to confirm and got no response at all. It's been over 2 weeks now.

Now I'm seeing charges on my bank card. I don't know what's going on with this place. The address shows Montgomery, AL and the email was [email protected] but nobody will answer me.

I just want to know why I'm getting charged when I can't even get a reply about my order.
