Account closed with no reason and refund never showed up

They closed my account for no good reason and didn't give me back all my money. I still haven't gotten the rest of the funds that were in there when they shut it down.

I keep calling the number on the website, (866) 795-7597, and every single time I get a different excuse. They tell me different dates when the check was supposedly mailed out but it never comes. I've been lied to too many times to count at this point.

Still waiting on the rest of my money. They just keep giving me the runaround.
