Two charges on my card from a site I never used

I was looking at my credit card statement and saw a charge for $2 from CODEFORDRESS.COM SHERIDAN WY. I have never heard of this place and never signed up for anything like it. The description said Info and the spend category was Services-Management Consulting/Public Relations.

Then four days later another charge showed up for $39.88. Same description, same website. This one said it was a recurring charge. I didn't authorize either one of these.

Now I'm worried this is going to keep charging me every month. I don't know how they got my card info but I want these charges gone and I want it stopped before it happens again.
