Ordered in September and still nothing

I placed an order on September 14 through codylink.com and I still haven't gotten it. I even paid an extra 9.99 to have it expedited and nothing showed up.

The website is https://www.codylink.com/ and I'm in the United States. Total I lost was 37.36.

Just want my order or my money back.
