Cognius.app charged me $39.99 after a 0.99 test

I paid 0.99 for a cognition test on cognius.app. Three days later they charged me $39.99 for a recurring subscription. No notice at all. They run this through Facebook ads. If you actually go on the website it does explain the business practice somewhere, but the ads don't say anything about it.

If you type Cognius.app on Facebook you'll see hundreds of other people who fell for the same thing. I don't get why Facebook allows this. I had to call my bank and get my card replaced. I did manage to contact them and my bank got the $39.99 refunded but now I'm without a debit card for 7 days.

With this many people complaining on Facebook, this business should be forced to stop unless they explain everything upfront in their ads.
