Lost $2500 after Coinme terminated my account with no warning

I bought cryptocurrency at one of those kiosk machines that Coinme works with. It was $2500 worth of bitcoin. I already had my account set up with them and did one other transaction before that went fine.

Right after I bought the $2500 in bitcoin, I tried logging in and it said the user doesn’t exist and to contact administration. Turns out they terminated my account. I had to create a ticket to get my money back but they denied my case after I gave them everything they asked for. They will not reinvestigate. They just kept my money and terminated my account.

No reason given, no notice, no way to get my funds back.
