Voicemail about court summons from someone named Anna

Got a call today from someone named Anna saying she was with the Collin County Process Server's office. She left a voicemail about a civil court summons issued in my name. Said they tried to serve me legal documents at the address they have on file.

She said I need to call Nicole Miller at 877-280-0109 to avoid a failure to appear. The whole thing feels off. Anna called from 430-234-8755 and the address they gave is in Plano, TX. I don't know what this is about. I haven't been involved in any court stuff.
