Labor law poster led to fake LLC using my friend's name
The agent of record was someone else, a person who has what looks like a real business license in Colorado since 2019. My friend filed reports with the Colorado Secretary of State, the FTC, and the local police. They also froze their credit at all three bureaus, Experian, Equifax, and Trans-Union.
The return address on the notice was 1312 17th St. Unit 2888, Denver, CO 80202. If you get something like this, it's more than what it looks like.
