Job application call with heavy accent and processing fee

Got a call from someone saying they were from Colorado Tech. Caller ID showed that name but the number was from East Palestine OH which already seemed off. They said they needed to verify my information on a job application I supposedly filled out. There was a lot of background noise, sounded like a call center for sure.

The guy had a really heavy Middle Eastern accent and kept saying there was a $115 processing fee. Said they only wanted committed candidates so that's why the fee existed. I started asking him questions about the job and the company and he just hung up on me. Didn't even try to explain anything. Just click and gone.
