Paid for leads that were all trash and no refund

We had an agreement with this company to receive paper leads on a pay as you go basis. Out of all the leads we got, only three came through and every single one of them was trash. Just completely useless.

When we asked for a refund they flat out refused. We paid $300 for leads that were supposed to be paper leads and none of them were worth anything. They won't give us our money back.
