Paid for concrete that never came and money went to someone else
I sent $2,200 but the Zelle payment didn't go to James Carter or Concrete Mix USA. It went to somebody named Ezequiel Paula at (347) 579-3126. After I paid, I kept getting promises about delivery. At one point they said two trucks were coming. Nothing ever showed up.
I called the real concrete company myself and found out they don't even deliver to Miami. The phone numbers I was given don't match their public number either. I can't find anything showing James Carter or Ezequiel Paula actually work for them. Now I'm dealing with my bank and filing reports. If anyone else has run into these names or numbers, please reach out privately with any paperwork you have.
