Charged for VPN I never signed up for after football game

Signed up on Kickprep.com to watch a HS football game online, the game was in Jackson, OH. They charged $1.00 first and wanted my CC account. Then confidentialvpn kept popping up the whole time and I could never watch the game at all.

The next day I see a charge for like $39.99 for a subscription to the VPN site. I was able to cancel the membership I hope, I do have an email from that. When I tried to contact them the chat box doesn't work of course. You call and it's automated, they say they'll connect you to a representative but then nothing happens, just a recording.

The name on the charge was Brittany Burch, I don't know who that is.
