Phone call about $30,000 loan approval I never applied for

Got a call from a guy named Howard saying he’s from the funding center at Consumer Allowance. He said I had done a loan inquiry last year and that I got approved for just over $30,000. A hardship approval, he called it. He wanted to know if my conditions changed or if everything’s the same.

I don’t remember doing any loan inquiry last year. He left his number, 727-615-6808, and said to call him back. The whole thing felt off. I didn’t ask for this and I’m not sure how they got my number. I didn’t lose any money, but I’m worried they might try something else.
