Voicemail from Dana about a hardship loan I never applied for

I got a voicemail from someone named Dana at Consumer Relief Center. She was talking about a hardship loan for $35,000. I never applied for any loan like that. Not with them or anyone else.

The number that showed up was (802) 278-4767. I don't know who these people are. I don't know how they got my number or why they think I applied for anything.

I just want to know who they are and why they're calling me about a loan that has nothing to do with me.

Phone call saying I had a $35,000 hardship approval

I got a call from someone saying she was Dana with the Consumer Relief Center. She said I had applied for a loan last year and that I now had a $35,000 hardship approval. I never applied for anything like that.

She left a voicemail saying it was different from a conventional loan and to call her back at 802-278-4767 when I had more time. She said her name was Dana and she looked forward to hearing back from me.

I don't know who these people are or where they got my number. I never applied for a loan with them and I don't owe anything. The whole thing just seemed off.
