Paid for cookies that never showed up and no refund
Morning of my event she texts me saying the frosting didn't work out and she couldn't deliver any cookies. She said she'd refund me but needed 3 days. Three days went by and nothing. I filed a complaint with Venmo about the scam and then she finally responded saying she'd refund me by Friday when she got paid. That Friday came and went. Now she's ignoring my messages completely.
She has multiple listings on Facebook Marketplace under Maddie - Custom Cookies. Don't order from her, it's a scam.
