Ordered three cooling units but only two showed up

I ordered 3 Cool cove cooling units. Only two were delivered. The quality is really poor, honestly it's just plastic junk. I tried to cancel my order before the items even shipped, I sent them an email about it. But they took so long to respond back that by the time they did, the order had already gone out.

They only offered me 50% of what I paid total, and they said I could keep the cooling system. But it's worthless, I don't even want it. I paid $100 and I'm just stuck with two cheap plastic things and no third one.
