Website for cat water fountain disappeared after I paid

I was looking for a stainless steel water fountain drinking thing for my cat online and I found this website called Corat Styles. They had one for about $15 or $16. I went on the site and it didn't seem shady. I've never ordered from there before but I placed an order with my credit card.

Weeks went by with no shipping updates, nothing. It's been like two months at least and it's never been delivered. When I went back to their website it said 404 not found. Now I can't find their support email in any of my emails either, it's like it was deleted. I remember emailing them once asking when my item would ship and I never got a response for that either.

So that's basically what happened. I have no way to get that money back cause I have no way to contact them.

Online ad for storage chest led to double charge attempt

I saw this outdoor storage chest advertised on Google from Corat styles. It looked good and the price was fine so I ordered it. They took the $36 right away which I expected. But then a few days later I noticed they tried to take over $300 out of my account too. That was not what I agreed to at all. I never authorized that bigger amount.

I dont know how they thought they could get away with that. The $36 charge was bad enough but trying to grab $300 more is just crazy. I had to call my bank and get it sorted out. Still have not gotten the chest either so now Im out the money and no product.
