Bill for anesthesia services from a different state
I called my insurance company and they said they never got any billing request like this. So I tried to find a local number for the company online but couldn't get a real person on the phone, just automated stuff. I called the hospital too and they told me they don't know anything about it.
When I looked online I saw other people had the same experience and reported it. I uploaded a copy of the bill. If this is a real bill I can't find anyone who can verify it.
