Certificate of Existence request form right after I started my LLC

I got a "2026 Certificate of Existence Request Form" in the mail about 2 weeks after I created my LLC. It looked official enough that I almost believed it.

Before I sent any money I checked Ecautious.com and saw it was a scam. So I didn't send them anything.

The address on it was 1605 Beltline Rd SW Suite 08 PMB 242, Decatur, AL 35601. Phone was (800) 226-6952 and the email was [email protected].

Letter about LLC certificate with no company name

I just registered an LLC and then got this letter that looked really professional. It said it was a "Certificate of Existence Request Form" and it had the date I registered my LLC on it. It said to finalize my registration I needed to send a check for $98.50 to a PO box in Sacramento.

The address was 3053 Freeport Blvd Box 266, Sacramento, CA 95818. There was also a phone number (800) 226-6952 and an email [email protected].

These people deserve to be fined and jailed.
