Got a weird call from CDS about documents being delivered to me

I just got a call from someone saying they're from Courier Document Services, CDS. It was a woman named Stephanie. She said it was about documents scheduled to be delivered to my home or work. She claimed they tried to contact me by phone and mail and got no response.

She said the matter was "flagged" and moved forward, and that it's a "highly sensitive matter" needing my immediate attention. She told me I had to contact the issuing office at 855-221-7361 and press one for a case manager. The whole thing felt off. I never requested any documents.
