Returned products stuck in China customs and no refund
The package has been sitting in China customs since July 2, 2026. It's just stuck there. I keep checking the tracking and nothing moves. I haven't gotten any refund from them at all.
I'm pretty sure they gave me a bad or fake return address on purpose. How am I supposed to get my money back if the package can't even get delivered? I spent $123.11 and I just want my refund. I emailed them at [email protected] but nobody is helping. I need someone to look into how this company does returns because this doesn't feel right at all.
Ordered from covebalm but bank shows a different name
But then I looked at my bank statement and it doesn't even say covebalm. It says plpabianice spvelina took the money from my account. That's not the name of the company I ordered from. It just doesn't make sense to me why the charge would come from some other name. I haven't gotten my order yet either.
