Website charged my card and claims package was signed for

I ordered something from covrivea.com and paid $79. Then I had to shut my credit card down because of this. Now they are saying they delivered it and it was signed for. That is NOT true. It never arrived.

We have 24/7 cameras recording and no such thing took place. No delivery ever came here. I don't know who signed for anything because nobody did.

Their email is [email protected] but good luck getting anywhere with that.
