Sold me a car with a bad transmission after saying it was fine

This dealer sold me a car that had a bad transmission. He told me and my father in law that the car drove and shifted with no issues. That was a straight up lie.

I paid $5000 for this car. The transmission is shot. When I tried to get ahold of them about it, I got nothing back. The website is Cowboy customs and the email is [email protected]. Their address is 25808 highway 126 ste 1a in Veneta, OR.

I don't know what else to do at this point. I'm out a lot of money and stuck with a car that doesn't even work right.
