Ordered something that broke right away and they won't refund

I bought an item from Cowgad.com and when it showed up it was cheap and poorly made. It flew off the floor after being hit once and doesn't stick to the ground at all. I contacted the vendor within the 30 days they say you can return it and they won't refund me or even let me send it back.

I went on Instagram and Facebook and they're hiding all the negative comments and reviews. Looks like a lot of other people are getting refused refunds too. I paid $89 for this and got nothing but a runaround.
