Ordered Cozy Rush and never got it

I ordered Cozy Rush and didn't receive it. That's pretty much it. I paid and nothing ever showed up. I tried reaching out but got no reply. It was only a dollar so I'm not out much, but it's the principle. Just wanted to put this out there so others know.

Instagram ad for Cozy Rush turned into a mess

I saw an ad on Instagram for products this company was selling and I was interested. I bought something with my credit card online. It was $84.

Then they kept pushing out the shipping date. Eventually they said a shipping label was created and gave me a "tracking number" but no link or anything so I can't even see where it is. I looked into the website more and it looks like a scam, including all the social media ads. I reported it to Instagram and the Cozy Rush page got taken down.
