Fake tracking number from cozyagiftful and no product ever came

I saw an ad on social media that looked like it was from QVC or some factory outlet shop. It was for cozyagiftful and they had all sorts of stuff on sale, like BOGO deals and special prices. So I ordered something, spent about $60.

They sent me a tracking number but when I tried to look it up it didn't work anywhere except on their own website. It said delivered but nothing ever showed up. I never got my package. The email I have is [email protected] but I don't even know if that's real. Just a total waste of money.

Ordered chairs from a QVC ad and got nothing

I saw this ad that looked like it was from QVC, it said cozyagiftful4835. They had a deal for GCI Outdoor Pack Away Portable Rocking Chairs, buy 2 get 2 free. So I ordered on June 25, 2026. Paid $59.09. Got a confirmation number — ZZEX260220084353YQ — but it didn't seem like a real tracking number.

I waited and waited. Finally got an email back from [email protected] saying my order had been delivered. But nothing showed up. No chairs, no package, nothing. The website is https://cozyagiftful.com. I don't think this was QVC at all. Just a scam.

Bought chairs on sale but tracking said delivered and nothing showed up

I ordered from this site cozyagiftful.com because they had a sale for buy three chairs get three free. I bought them on 6/28/26. The tracking was through some site called track 718 and it said the package got transferred to USPS and was delivered to my porch on 7/18/26. That was a lie.

I called my post office and gave them the only tracking number I have and they couldn't pull it up in any system. They said when packages get transferred from other shippers a USPS tracking number gets generated. So I emailed the vendor twice and called the phone number on my account statement but it just goes straight to a full voicemail box so you can't leave a message. I called my bank to dispute the charge. I lost $65.85.

Ordered chairs but tracking says delivered and nothing showed up

I ordered chairs from cozyagiftful.com and the tracking info says they were delivered but nothing ever showed up. I paid $59.09. They have an email [email protected] and the website is https://cozyagiftful.com/1775529224425/orders/21075888397944462172962841.

I dont know what happened. The tracking says delivered to my address but I never got any package. No one left anything at my door. I tried to figure out who to contact but its just confusing. No company name on anything really just the website and email. Feels like I just lost my money for nothing.

Ordered from a website that never sent my stuff

I ordered something from a website, I thought it was QVC but the email said [email protected]. I paid $54 and never got anything. No package ever showed up.

I tried looking into it more but the site was just not right. No way to track the order or anything. I just lost the money and got nothing for it. Felt pretty stupid after.
