Ordered furniture from Cozyahome and never got it

I ordered some furniture from Cozyahome.com for my new apartment. Wanted to save some money and the prices seemed good. That was on 06/28/26. You don't get a shipping number or anything like that. They don't really provide much info at all.

I've emailed them because that's the only way to contact them. As of today, August 7th, the site says it was delivered. If that was the case it would be sitting in my leasing office. I still haven't gotten my stuff. I paid $139.94 and have nothing to show for it.

Bought a couch on TikTok shop and never got it

I ordered a couch from Cozyahome.com through TikTok shop. The website looked legit and the price was good so I went for it. Paid 17.98 which I know isn't a ton but still, I paid for something and got nothing.

The address on their site is 1309 coffeen avenue ste 1200 in Sheridan, WY. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. The couch never showed up. No tracking number, no nothing.

I just want people to know this place is a scam. I'm out my money and didn't get what I ordered. Pretty frustrating.

Ordered couches from TikTok ad, still nothing

I ordered two couches for my kids room on June 20th from cozyahome.com. It’s August 3rd now and I still don’t have them. I only lost about $20 so it’s not huge but it’s the principle. The ad was on TikTok and I should’ve known better but I’ve never had an issue with scams before.

The order status says delivered but it never was. I tried their AI chat bot and it wasn’t helpful at all. I also emailed the support team at [email protected] and never got a reply. Total scam.

Ordered two items from Cozyahome.com and nothing ever showed up

I bought two things from Cozyahome.com. Their address is in Detroit, MI. I spent almost twenty bucks. Nothing ever showed up. No package, no tracking, nothing.

I just ordered online and paid. That was it. Never got any kind of update or delivery. Just wasted my money I guess.

Ordered a couch on TikTok and it never showed up

I bought a boneless couch from this company on TikTok. It never arrived. I keep getting emails every 5 days saying the item is still in transit. The last one said delivery failed because of road restrictions for a local event. There is no local event blocking any roads to my house. I paid $14.98 and I just want the couch or my money back. Ordered nightstands from TikTok ad and never got them

I ordered two nightstands from cozyahome.com, they were selling them 2 for $30.00. I saw it on TikTok. I never got the items. There is no customer service number anywhere. Every time I check the delivery status it just says update again in 2 days. It keeps saying that over and over. It's been a month now and still nothing.

The first time they tried to run my card the bank rejected it. Then the next day the bank approved it. About a week later they tried to charge my card again for $70.00 but my card was locked so they could not get the money. If I check the tracking still to this day it says next update in two days. I have never received my items so I am out the money and now I have to replace my debit card and everything because they keep trying to charge me.

Fake TikTok ad for furniture took my money and no company name

I saw this ad on TikTok for some furniture and it looked really good so I clicked on it. The website was cozyahome.com and I ordered something, paid 22 dollars. That was it. Never got anything in the mail, no tracking number, nothing.

I tried looking up a company name or a phone number but there is nothing. Just the website. No email either. Feels like I just threw my money away. It was only 22 bucks but still, it’s the principle. They shouldn’t be allowed to run ads like that.

I don’t even know who to call about it. The ad just disappeared too.

Ordered an air conditioner and got a fake tracking number

I ordered an air conditioner on 5/20 and they sent me a tracking number but it was fake. I have a doorbell cam and I live in a residential area so there is no businesses or buildings around me. No delivery was ever captured on my Ring cam.

When you email them you just get an automatic confirmation that they received your email and their team is on it and you’ll get a personal reply shortly. I did not get any personal reply. They have no phone number to call. I lost $57.98.

Ordered from a TikTok ad and now the site is gone

I saw an ad on TikTok for Cozyahome.com and the stuff looked really nice so I ordered. It was like $34 I think. Not a ton of money but still.

After I paid I got a confirmation email from [email protected] which I thought was weird because thats not the same as the website name. Now the website doesnt even load anymore. I tried emailing them but no reply.

I just want people to know. I fell for it. The ad was fake and now I am out the money.
