Order said delivered but couch never showed up
They have a chat feature on their site where you can ask about your order, but it's just an AI bot. It doesn't actually help with anything. There was no tracking number given to me at all. And there's no phone number to call anyone. I also noticed a few weird charges on my credit card that weren't from Cozyahomes directly. I lost about $80 on this. Their address is listed as 1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801 and the email is [email protected]. I just want my money back or the furniture.
