TikTok seller took my money and never sent anything

I ordered something from this place on TikTok. The website or whatever took me to an email, [email protected]. I paid $22.98 and that was it.

I never got any shipping info or tracking number or anything about delivery. They just took the money. I tried to figure out who they even are, the address they have listed is 124 holland ave apt F, Morgantown, WV 26501.

I just want my money back but I don't even know how to contact them. No reply to anything.
