Bought a couch on TikTok and never got it

I bought a couch from them through TikTok back in August. They kept saying the delivery truck was coming but over a month went by and nothing ever showed up. Just excuse after excuse.

Now they won't give me my money back. I paid $10 and I know that's not a lot but it's the principle. Their website is cozyastore.com and the email they use is [email protected].

I just want my refund. They promised delivery and never delivered.
