Letter saying I need to buy OSHA posters right away

I got something in the mail not long after I registered my business. It had all these official looking warnings about OSHA fines and said I had to buy posters and a safety manual immediately. The whole thing looked like it came from a government office.

There was a phone number on it, (202) 838-0037, and the name C.P.S. or Workplace Compliance Services somewhere on the paperwork. I looked into it and they have nothing to do with OSHA at all. It's just a private company trying to scare new business owners into buying stuff they don't legally have to buy from them.

I didn't pay anything but it's annoying that they target people who just started out and don't know any better yet.
