Ordered online months ago and still no package

I ordered something from Craftedbyayla.us and the site said shipping would take up to 2 weeks. Well, it’s been several months now and I still don’t have my order. I’ve messaged her a bunch of times. Most of the time she just doesn’t reply at all.

Once in a while she does answer and just tells me it’s not ready to ship. That’s it. No real explanation or anything. I paid $51.99 for this and I’m just stuck waiting. I don’t know what else to do at this point.
