Bags described as applique but were just printed

I ordered 3 of the Martha's Sheep tote bags from this site. The listing went on and on about how the sheep were appliqued, not printed. Said it was cut and layered and carefully sewn on and wouldn't peel or crack. Also said they were made by Martha in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Well, when they got here, 2 of them were at least quilted with a lining, but the 3rd one was just a plain bag with no lining at all. And none of them had any applique work. They were all just printed fabric. Not even close to what was described.

I emailed back and forth with Alexandra a bunch of times. She finally said they would refund my $150 if I sent the bags back to them in Hong Kong. So I paid $35 today to ship them back through USPS. Now I just have to wait and see if they actually give me my money back.
